Five years in the planning, with all development approvals in place and detailed plans completed - from the Bisazza glass mosaic tiled lap pool and the glass floored Sun Spa over the water, down to the temperature controlled wine fridges and the luxurious bedding in the Pavilions - Frangipani is ready to bloom.
Behind rendered walls, softened by landscaped tropical greenery, The Frangipani Beach Pavilions Resort & Day Spa is a place where white glass bouquets of Venice's Murano glass will offer sculptural light; five separate restaurants, designed by Italy's Angelo Po, offer a selection of east meets west cuisines which will provide gastronomic pleasure; a high-end Italian fashion boutique will offer a sensory feast of Italian styling; extensive sculptural finishes by renowned glass artist Shar Feil-Moorman will create a sense of place; and a Natagora roofed bar and restaurant, 37 metres out onto the water, will capture a view of one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

Plans for the Pavilions, which range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, include six star finishes, from sculptured glass showers, bidets, and king bed emsembles, private plunge pools complete with 24 carat white and yellow gold mosiac tiles set into a design that will ensure you remember the heady fragrance of the Frangipani flower.

And when dusk descends, solar lamps will light your way around the pool, past the restaurants and on to the secluded beach - inviting you to take an evening stroll.
If putting away your sarong, making the bed, or mixing a drink sounds a little too exhausting, you will be excited to know each Pavilion has its own personal valet on hand to pamper to your every whim.

The Frangipani Beach Pavilions Resort & Day Spa will have a 35ft private yacht "The Katy Rose" for guest pleasure, available for charter to transfer guests to surrounding islands or maybe a romantic overnight cruise, sleeping quarters are again lavish and you will enjoy the luxury of a butler service and staff.
Frangipani's planning is not only about luxury. It is also about long-term sustainability. Renowned environmental scientists and engineers have designed an irrigation system using recycled water from the resort. The same water is used to sprinkle the landscaped perfumed gardens. Five thousand litre underground water storage tanks, able to be topped up by fresh, sparkling water from underground springs, are also connected to each Pavilion.
So again imagine: sand between your toes and a salty breeze caressing your cheeks as you make your way across the marble floors of your Pavilion to your own private plunge pool... and if you are deciding that a slice of life on a tropical island clearly suits you - now is the time to secure your piece of this untouched paradise.
